THE METROPOLITAN NEW YORK BUS ASSOCIATION COMMITTEE OF THE MOTOR BUS SOCIETY

TORONTO

Toronto | August 9 - 13, 2025

Join us aboard a comfortable Coach Tours bus to visit Toronto, one of our favorite cities! Our hotel will be the Holiday Inn in Oakville Centre, convienent for travel into Toronto by GO Transit train and bus. The hotel is located near several restaurants and Oakville Transit’s major local pulse point. Join us in Oakville & Toronto for a mini-vacation of transit and sightseeing fun!

We plan to visit the following:

Saturday - Lunch and TCAT in Ithaca, NY; Dinner at our favorite Kelsey’s in St. Catherines, Ontario.

Sunday - With help from our friends in Toronto, we are planning a New Look charter, using a bus from Rapido, manufacturer of bus and train models. We plan to view the new Eglington light-rail, TTC’s Birchmount, Eglington & Skyway garages. We plan to make many additional photo stops at quality locations.

Monday - Using our Coach Tours bus, we plan to visit Guelph, Kitchener bus and light-rail ride, Waterloo Central Railway, Hamilton and Oakville.

Tuesday - On your own day! Explore a beautiful region with friends.

Wednesday - Return to NYC with stops in Buffalo for bus and light-rail as well as lunch and dinner in Binghamton

Our Trips usually run close to capacity. Please register early. Trip Reminders: No tickets will be sent. WE GO RAIN OR SHINE!

MNYBA/MBS Rules and Information

  1. No smoking on any bus or at any transit facility at any time!

  2. Ear plugs must be used on radios or other sound equipment.

  3. NO REFUNDS are possible. Please be ON TIME so you will not miss the bus.

  4. Equipment may be substituted if the advertised bus is unavailable. The MNYBA/MBS may alter the itinerary if conditions warrant

  5. Reservations must be made in advance by using the coupon below. Spaces are usually NOT available on trip day. RESERVE EARLY!

  6. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
